Check the fixtures for leaks: shower, sink & pipes (proper pressure / no leaks)
Check for signs of pests: droppings, chewing etc.

Check the fixtures for leaks: faucets, pipes & proper drainage (proper pressure / no leaks)
Run water in kitchen sink and disposal.
Check / Run dishwasher (if not winterized)
Check for signs of pests.
Check refrigerator.
Check appliances: Oven, Drip Pan, Broiler Pan, Racks, Refrigerator, Freezer
Hot Water Heater & Circuit Breakers
Check to see if the heater is leaking.

Landscaping
Check the lawn to see if is being cut. We look at the length of the grass as well as look for excessive dry or weed infested areas. Also look at the shrubs and trees to determine if there are any obvious problems.

Visual inspection of the ceilings for any signs of water leaks
Check proper wall coverings, w/out holes/peeling paint, cuts, scatches, nails or bad seams

Digital reading of the interior temperature
Humidity
Digital reading of the interior humidity of the property.
Windows
Window condition: Clean, unbroken, secure
Open / Close properly (w/no difficulty or obstruction) i.e. tree limb, blown trashcan etc.
Check window locks to be in working order
Check all screens w/ or w/out holes
Exterior Lights
Check exterior lights to make sure all are working. Adjust schedule if necessary

Check interior lights to make sure they are working. Check and adjust schedule if necessary

Some providers leave signs in the yard or cards in the door. We will pick these up and place them in the residence for your information.
